Pearl Jr. is an author/activist who has also produced several TV shows. She is the business owner of Elbow Grease
Productions, which was the ONLY Black-owned media credentialed to cover the Michael Jackson Trial.
Her latest book, "Black Women Need Love Too!", is gaining steam as one of the most important books for
African-Americans and has gotten her to be a guest on the nationally syndicated Michael Baisden Show. She has
also been a reoccurring guest on KABC talk radio as well as over 150 radio shows nationwide.
