Sinoxolo “Susan” Favor was doing public health work in her native South Africa long before she enrolled in the College of Public Health at ������. Now Favor is graduating from this spring with a BS in community health from the first college of public health in Virginia.

Inspired by her parents who immigrated from Mexico in search of a better life for their children, Ashley Alvarado-Lopez is following the path her older sister by graduating in winter 2023 with two degrees from Mason.
